FOUNDER

After marrying a GA girl and settling in the Midlands of South Carolina, I received my Bachelor of Science from USC and Master of Arts from LU. My wife, children, and I love service and fellowship at our church in Chapin, SC. My two great passions are working with children in need and Real Estate investing. I primarily focus on Buy-and-Hold properties, with expertise in Mixed-Use Commercial, Single Family, and Short-Term Rentals. I also really enjoy property management and solving problems!

FOUNDER / PROPERTY MANAGER IN CHARGE

I grew up in Summerville, and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2007. My studies were primarily focused on retail and business management. After graduation, I bought my first home in Columbia and worked in management for a large chain pharmacy for 16 years. Throughout my time in Columbia, I started investing in real estate. I did some long-term rentals, fix and flip, and learned that I had a passion for property management. Today I have numerous rental properties that I own and manage throughout Chapin, Columbia, and Newberry. In January, 2014 I met the love of my life in Newberry, SC, and we promptly got married. We have 2 amazing kids to wrangle, a church we call home, and are truly blessed for all that Christ has done in our lives.
